Join the Bike, Walk & Bus PAC for a community-focused Ward 1 D.C. Council Candidate Forum on Monday, January 26, from 6:00–7:00 PM at the Josephine Butler Parks Center.


This forum is an important part of our 2026 endorsement process, offering residents the opportunity to hear directly from Ward 1 Council candidates about their vision for a safer, more connected, and more accessible D.C. Come learn where candidates stand on:


Expanding protected bike lanes

Improving transit access and reliability

Making walking safer in every neighborhood for everyone

Building a multimodal transportation system that serves all residents

Josephine Butler Parks Center

2437 15th St NW, Washington, D.C.


Doors open at 5:30 PM. The forum will begin promptly at 6:00 PM.


This event will include moderated questions, community-submitted questions, and opportunities to learn how you can engage in our PAC’s ongoing advocacy and endorsement process.
